Job Posting for Customer Service Manager at Signature Flight Support
Man or woman under the authority of the Handling Manager, the Customer services and Quality Manager handles the customers, particularly the most important ones in all their requests; He/She has to provide the customer a high quality service according to the company’s image and has to ensure the customer is satisfied by the services. Occasionally, he/she can be replaced by a CSR.
- Personalized welcome and organisation of the high valued customers
- Ability to answer the requests, questions, disputes of these customers, what needs a rapid analysis of the situation to determine the best use of the means at their disposal
- Responsibility of the whole service 365 days a year
- Main contact to the crew members needing a VIP welcome
- Feedback of the useful information to maintain a perfect quality of services
- Follow-up of the non-quality, launch of preventive and corrective actions ;
- Information on the necessary means requested by the customers to optimize the reception and treatment of the requests
- Follow-up of the requests from the arrival to the departure of the customer linked with the different components of the service (operations, ramp, reception…) and the suppliers
- Logistic backing and personalized support on the related machines
This is a job with high responsibilities which can involve expenses following customers’ requests. However any expense can be done without the agreement of the Senior Management
