Signature Aviation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Management Senior Manager to join our organization. As the Talent Management Senior Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective talent management strategies to build a best-in-class talent-centered organization. You will play a crucial role in shaping our organization's success by ensuring the alignment of talent with business objectives, driving employee engagement and development, and fostering a culture of high performance.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement talent management strategies:
- Collaborate with enterprise leadership to understand business objectives and develop comprehensive talent strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Design and implement talent management, performance management, succession planning, career development, and employee engagement programs.
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
Performance management and talent development:
- Develop and implement performance management processes and tools that promote continuous feedback, goal alignment, and performance excellence.
- Partner with the L&D and our HRBP organization to design development interventions that support succession planning outcomes.
- Identify critical roles and high-potential employees, and develop succession plans to ensure a strong talent pipeline across the business.
Employee engagement and retention:
- Create and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and retention.
- Conduct employee surveys, analyze data, and develop action plans to address areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with HRBPs and leadership to design and implement reward and recognition programs that align with employee performance and organizational goals.
Talent analytics and reporting:
- Utilize HR data and analytics to generate insights and identify trends related to talent management.
- Develop and deliver regular reports and dashboards to track key talent metrics, including retention rates, performance ratings, and succession planning effectiveness.
- Provide data-driven recommendations and insights to senior leadership to inform talent management decisions.
Job Qualifications
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Talent Management Manager or similar role, with a focus on talent management, performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
- Strong knowledge of talent management best practices, including talent acquisition strategies, performance management systems, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in HRIS, talent management systems, and other relevant HR tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
