We are looking for a top-notch, energetic Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. You’ll work closely with the Team Leader to implement and expand client care and listing systems, and forecast/report on all listing metrics, open house schedules, price drops, etc. Together, they deliver the most impressive customer service. Communication is the cornerstone of their success and reputation. The Listing Manager is flawless with communicating via text, email, mobile app, in-person and/or over the phone. Their emails and text messages exude tact and class. They smile while on the phone because they know the person on the other line can hear it. Confidence and competence travels through communication channels whether it be with a first-time homebuyer/seller or one of the Listing Agent’s millionaire clientele.

What You'll Do:
- Serves as the point of contact for all listing clients and proactively reaches out to Sellers beginning with introductory telephone calls, maintains and follows up on all listing related paperwork to ensure accuracy and timeliness and follow through, continued contact throughout the listing process and maintains a high level of customer service.
- Provides listing appointment follow-up to obtain signatures, keys, measurements, coordinates staging/virtual staging, photo/video, signs/lockboxes, and property walk-thru prior to photos.
- Inputs all listing information into MLS, including linking virtual tours to MLS and other sites; ensures accuracy of information and activates MLS listing.
- Provides updates to homeowners and listing agent regarding showings, weekly seller communication, and feedback to improve customer ratings and referrals.
- Collects vendor estimates and helps facilitate repairs/upgrades on homes preparing to be listed.
- Ninja-like skills at leveraging and revising current operations/listing processes.
- Ability to create systems and interactions that make everyone feel like a VIP.
Skills You Have:
- Develops strong rapport with both clients and team
- Licensed real estate professional
- 3 years’ of Real Estate Sales/Escrow experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrates highly effective organizational skills
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- Learning based, growth-minded
- Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
- Excellent time management skills

Compensation Base plus commission with the potential to earn $50k-$100k
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
