Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing accurate and timely responses.
- Actively listen to clients' needs and concerns, and offer appropriate solutions or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
- Provide product information and recommendations to clients, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of our services and offerings.
- Assist with order processing, including accurately entering and updating client information in our system.
- Track and monitor order statuses, ensuring timely updates and delivery.
- Resolve customer complaints, striving to achieve satisfactory resolutions and maintaining client satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
