Our company history is characterized by constant expansion – both organically, and though mergers and acquisitions.Job DescriptionYou enjoy interacting with people from different cultures across all levels of a global organization and travelling with your peers up to 70% per year within the region AMERICAS (Latin America, Canada, USA), occasionally also to other regions.Your scope of responsibilities entails:Assist in the identification and evaluation of risks and controls for the entities/processes in scope.Contribute to the wrap-up of the field audit (review of auditees’ action plans, field work documentation, team debriefing).Assist in preparing planning deliverables, incl. audit work programs and appropriate audit methods.Perform interviews, walk-throughs, sample tests and document field audit results – approx. 10 field audits per year.Contribute to selective process/system audits on group level as needed (under the lead of the Corporate Internal Audit team).Contribute to the Internal Audit Quality Assurance Program and Knowledge Management.Communicate audit results in the closing meeting with management of the local entity.Perform as Lead Auditor on rotational basis.QualificationsDegree in Accounting or Finance with a CPA designation or a CIA certificate.Experience working as External Auditor with a Big4 company.2-3 years audit experience performed in a manufacturing industry both financial and operational audits.Sound understanding of internal control concepts and models.Fluency in English and Spanish a MUST, both oral and written.Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize and to communicate results in a clear, structured, and concise manner.Good knowledge in the use of MS office (Excel).Experience in an SAP environment and usage of data analytics tools are an advantage.Additional InformationCompetitive Benefits: Health Insurance, 401k with company match, year-end profit-sharing bonus, paid time off, and paid holidays.  Meaningful Work: Sika products enhance our surroundings and the work every employee completes helps positively impact daily lives by making our world stronger, more durable, and more reliable – every day.   Company Culture: Sika centers work culture around entrepreneurship where individuals have the power to make decisions, learn from mistakes, and define their career.  Community Involvement:  Sika takes active roles in our community and aims to support volunteer work and charitable endeavors across the United States through rebuilding and giving back.   Sustainability Initiatives: Sika is committed to sustainable development, reducing environmental impacts, and assuming social responsibility.
