Job Description

This position reports to the Operations Manager and is responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairs and preventative maintenance on the facility.

Specific Responsibilities

• Inspect plant equipment and systems to identify issues and potential problems.
• Repair plant equipment and systems when necessary, using hand and/or power tools, if needed.
• Follow all safety protocols while working and report any unsafe conditions to the Plant Foreman or Operations Manager.
• Order parts and supplies as needed.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Perform other duties as requested by the Plant Foreman and Operations Manager.
  
  

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and comprehend English.
• Willing to work in a hot/cold environment.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities are necessary.
