Our main focus is to provide our customers with excellent service and to give them the best experience at all times, for a lifetime. General Outline: Providing our customers with the VERY BEST customer service for their appliance parts and repair needs. This position is an opportunity to be a part of a great team who takes pride in their work every day!
Responsibilities: Some of the functions are, but not limited to: answering phones and scheduling service calls; administrative duties; working closely with our service technicians as well as assisting the service manager with their day-to-day tasks.
Requirements: The ability to provide excellent customer service is essential. The individual will need to have professional communication skills, motivation for success and be willing to work hard and independently. This position is perfect for someone who has the ability to work in a fast pace environment and to multi task on a daily basis. 3-5 years of proven successful customer service experience and knowledge in Excel is preferred.
Compensation for this position will start at $15.00 per hour.

Typical hours: Monday - Friday: 9 am – 5 pm, rotating (every 5th) Saturdays: 8am - 12 pm
