Our
Mission
Siloam
Health’s mission is to share the love of Christ by serving those in need
through health care. Our patients come from more than 80 countries and speak
over 70 languages. Siloam’s approach to medical care provides a unique,
interdisciplinary model of whole-person health care that addresses the
physical, social, emotional, and spiritual determinants of health. Our staff is
anchored by a multicultural primary care team that serves alongside roughly 300
volunteer interpreters, doctors, nurses, and other licensed medical specialists
each year to provide comprehensive health care to Nashville’s most vulnerable.
What You'll Do
As part of the development team, the Church Engagement Manager furthers
Siloam's mission by cultivating and strengthening partnerships with local
churches. The role will implement new initiatives to increase engagement from

with Siloam through serving, praying, and giving.

for Siloam to connect with the broader Nashville church community.

church grant applications and reports; gather all necessary information
from the Grants Manager and other departments as needed.

efforts at churches for volunteers to serve in the clinic and for
Nashville Neighbors volunteer teams.

assigned.
Donor Cultivation
- Oversee Siloam’s
efforts in converting volunteers, students, and church partner congregants
to donors, with an emphasis on acquiring GLOCAL Partners.
- Coordinate
cultivation efforts with the Director of Donor Relations and the Nashville
Neighbors Program Manager.
- Attend all clinic
volunteer team trainings to build relationships with volunteers and
present opportunities to give.
- In collaboration
with the Volunteer Coordinator, plan and execute an annual volunteer
