Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Title Processor with experience to join our team. As a Title Processor, you will play a crucial role in facilitating real estate transactions by ensuring the accuracy and completeness of title documents. This is a vital position that requires strong attention to detail and knowledge of financial services and loan processing.
Duties:
- Review and analyze title reports, surveys, and legal descriptions
- Prepare and process necessary documents for real estate transactions
- Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, and other parties involved in the transaction process
- Conduct research to resolve any title issues or discrepancies
- Calculate closing costs, escrow payments, and prorated taxes
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on the status of their transactions
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions
Skills:

- Familiarity with escrow processes and requirements
