Here is just a peek at what you’ll get to do:
- Carry a requisition load, which entails collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing, recruiting, and screening qualified candidates for open requisitions.
- Provide recruitment expertise for various positions (front-line and leadership).
- Source candidates using online postings, social media, local networks, associate referrals, and college partnerships
- Actively build a talent pipeline for key roles.
- Coordinate, promote, attend and participate in recruitment events.
We are looking for someone who has:
- A minimum of two years of experience recruiting high-volume, hourly roles.
- Experience with high-volume recruiting in hospitality or healthcare (preferred).
…And we would love someone with:
- A solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., social media and social networks).
- The ability to partner with and influence hiring managers.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and writing).
- Recruiter experience with an ATS (UltiPro/UKG preferred but not required).
- Proficiency using MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
