Here is just a peek at what you’ll get to do:

Carry a requisition load, which entails collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing, recruiting, and screening qualified candidates for open requisitions.
Provide recruitment expertise for various positions (front-line and leadership).
Source candidates using online postings, social media, local networks, associate referrals, and college partnerships
Actively build a talent pipeline for key roles.
Coordinate, promote, attend and participate in recruitment events.

We are looking for someone who has:

A minimum of two years of experience recruiting high-volume, hourly roles.
Experience with high-volume recruiting in hospitality or healthcare (preferred).

…And we would love someone with:

A solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., social media and social networks).
The ability to partner with and influence hiring managers.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and writing).
Recruiter experience with an ATS (UltiPro/UKG preferred but not required).
Proficiency using MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
