Job Description:
Silverhawk Aviation Academy is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Procurement Associate to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Procurement Associate will be responsible for assisting with the daily functions of the inventory department. This role entails checking parts in and out of inventory, handling incoming and outgoing shipping, and providing accounting support to the Director of Operations. This is an entry level position and a great fit for those seeking a career in inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
Check parts in and out of company software for mechanics
Perform basic inventory accounting as directed by supervisor
Package parts and prepare for shipment
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
File paperwork and maintain organization of basic records
