Twin Creeks Specialty Busser

General Summary of Job Duties:

Twin Creeks Steakhouse (voted Best of Las Vegas 2020) is seeking an energetic Specialty Busser who can add just the right amount of flavor to our guest's dining experience. The Twin Creeks Busser is responsible for setting tables with clean linens and silverware and removing soiled dishes, glassware and silverware from tables.  Will also upsell bottled water, refill non-alcoholic beverages and assist with coffee, cappuccino, and espresso service. Also responsible for proper maintenance, sanitation, and cleaning of side stations, floors, and furniture, as well as other duties as assigned. Cleans, polishes and helps maintain silverware, glass, and plates, as well as maintain dish breakdown area and dining room credenzas. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 6 months previous experience, preferably in a fine dining establishment.

• Must be able to greet and give a departing farewell to guests with a positive attitude
• Must Present a professional attitude and appearance
• Acknowledge guest opportunities and offer options
• Maintain a high quality of guest service according to Silverton Values.
• Check for proper identification of a guest appearing to be under the age of 35 years old.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future.
• Adhere to all appearance and uniform standards.
• Maintain an open line of communication with Managers.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guest, fellow Team Members, and Vendors.
• Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner.
• Regular attendance to all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
• Arriving on time for all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills, Education & Other Requirements:

• Ability to communicate in English with guests and co-workers
• Individuals must meet viral communication standards in promoting and marketing our venue
• The ability to work within a team environment

• Possession of/or ability to possess a Health Card
