Job Description

We are seeking a Client Services Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible assisting our advisors and brokers with the handling of account paperwork and record keeping, as well as for helping clients by providing information about our services and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities :

  • Communicating with our clients in a professional manner in the office and by using telephone or e-mail
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales : Associates degree or two years experience in an insurance or tax office preferred
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience MS Office suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Publisher
  • Ability to learn and effectively use assorted software platforms
