Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Manage finances, HR, and operations.
- Coach and develop team.
- Train new hires, ensure adherence to standards.
- Provide ongoing training in coffee, food, and service.
- Identify high potential talent.
- Maintain clean, organized store environment.
- Lead by example in providing exceptional guest service.
- Address customer concerns, build relationships, minimize complaints.
- Maintain and clean equipment, address facility concerns.
- Manage labor laws, employee issues, and payroll.
