Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE Launch program
- Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
- Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and identify suitable properties
- Negotiate purchase and sale offers for clients
- Maintain and update tasks in PLACE Technology
- Host two open houses each month
- Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
- Engage in weekly script practice as per team guidelines
- Participate in team activities according to team standards
- Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Advise sellers, secure listings, and market properties effectively
- Showcase expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing services
- Self-driven sales expert with a competitive edge
- Exceptional at establishing connections, understanding client needs, and providing solutions
- Skilled in prospecting and generating leads
- Naturally adept at handling objections
- Excellent communicator with a dedication to service
- Collaborative team member
- Licensed real estate agent
- Over 3 years of experience in real estate sales
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication
- Eager to learn and grow
- Highly organized
- Open to learning scripts and dialogues
- Superior time management abilities
