Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate profiles and applications
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards for lead generation
- Coordinate employee orientation and onboarding processes
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for new hires and existing employees
- Conduct employee evaluations and provide feedback on performance
- Stay up-to-date with employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in recruitment practices
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of human resources principles and practices
- Excellent research and sourcing skills to identify potential candidates
- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information to various stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems, such as Taleo or similar software
