What are the responsibilities and job description for the Overnight Dispatcher position at Simploy, Inc.?
About the Job:
We are a Tow Truck Company looking to hire an experienced dispatcher! We are looking to fill both our Full-time and Part Time positions. Schedules vary based on availability, weekend shifts may be required.
Job Duties:
- Maintain contact with drivers throughout their shifts and address any routing issues they might have
- Update customers on the status of their deliveries including any delays that occur
- Other duties as requested
Qualifications:
- This job requires an organized, calm, detailed oriented individual
- Must be able to work nights: NIGHTS ONLY
- Prior dispatch and customer service experience preferred but not required
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft office experience
- Ability to work under stressful conditions and react appropriately using good judgment
Pay: Pay is hourly starting at $14 per hour based on experience
