Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services
- Supervise staff, provide training, and ensure high levels of customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue
- Maintain hotel facilities and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Experience:
- Proven experience in hotel management or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on delivering top-notch customer service
- Knowledge of hotel operations, reservations systems, and industry best practices
- Proficiency in phone systems and communication etiquette
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
