The Position:
We are currently seeking a VP, Distribution Finance and Strategic Planning to join our roster and play a pivotal role on the Finance team in supporting the organization. Reporting to the SVP, Financial Planning and Analysis, this position will oversee measurement and reporting of Diamond Sports Group's key distribution performance metrics and develop forecasting capabilities, delivering accurate and reliable subscribers and revenue reporting.

The Game Plan:
(What you'll do)

• Develop and evolve forecasting capabilities to ensure DSG delivers accurate and reliable subscriber and revenue reporting.
• Oversee measurement and reporting of DSG's key distribution performance metrics for both traditional affiliate distribution and direct-to-consumer distribution.
• Functional business partner to the President, Distribution and Business Development as well as COO/GM of Direct-to-Consumer to execute DSG's business transformation strategy and deliver sustainable, profitable growth.
• Implement, maintain, and present monthly operating reporting package for senior leadership, Board of Directors, and other key stakeholders.
• Provide business partners with timely business decision support including MVPD distribution renewals.
• Manage the development of a high performing, operationally focused finance team including Distribution Finance and Direct-to-Consumer Finance.

The Stats:
(What to bring)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10 years of experience.
• Strategic mindset, cross-functional problem solving, and compelling storyteller.
• Experience developing and operationalizing business plans and portfolio-wide strategies to drive subscriber and revenue growth.
• Strategic planning and workflow development experience, preferably in Financial Services, large media or direct to consumer categories.
• Ability to prepare presentations to provide analyses and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making and define plans for portfolio-wide initiatives (eg bundling strategy, discount strategy, deal negotiations).

The base salary compensation range for this role is $225,000 - $275,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
