What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Channel Manager position at Sineron, Co.?
Sineron is looking for a go-getter who is restaurant business-oriented, tech-savvy Channel Manager to lead the on-boarding process for their Network of Sales Associates, VAR/ MSP, In house Technical Staff and clients.
In this role, you will be in-charge of developing the network for the pre-sale, sale and implementation process of the Sineron POS Solution from the moment the Proof of Concept (POC) is downloaded to when the client is live.
Sineron is leading the charge of Line-less; with their Restaurant POS tool which is free to download.
The transaction portion is in development currently and will be finalised in 2-3 months.
Road map for the SMB POS tool is also in the works. Line-less, Supermarkets, Deli's, Corner Stores, Gas Stations and even Food Courts will be a thing in the not so distant future. And affordable for all.
We are a full service POS solution so while we are casting a vision for tomorrow, we are proud of the tool we have to offer today.
Responsibilities
Develop your Network with a solid understanding of what Sineron can do today and what we already aspire to become for your clientele.
Develop and serve as the main point of contact between the client and Sineron in your territory throughout the implementation process;
Lead the implementation process end to end including; collecting required documentation, advising the client through designing their In- System: Menu, Inventory, Table Arrangements, QR Codes, Loyalty Program, Equipment Adaptation, End User Personnel Training.
Staying abreast of items through to launch day.
You and your team will manage many implementation projects at once efficiently;
- Train clients on how to use the Sineron platform;
- Serve as a trusted consultant with clients to optimise their loyalty and marketing strategy
- Assist clients with basic troubleshooting on various software.
Requirements
Hunger, Growth and Passion are not teachable, they need to be present
Experience Managing Channel: software/hardware implementation projects;
Understanding of restaurant business needs;
Provide technical and product support;
Experience is a Plus in either – account management, project management, customer success, professional services, SAAS / Tech industry experience;
Experience using POS systems, CRM and Excel

Pay: $68,763.00 - $259,143.00 per year
