Provide a high level of professional customer service through phone and digital channels. Build full knowledge of products, services, and systems to resolve questions and troubleshoot customer concerns. Handle transactions with accuracy. Build relationships with members through exceptional service in a caring, professional manner with a desire to improve members' financial health.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, relating information clearly, concisely, and accurately to members in a professional manner for members' full understanding. Very comfortable navigating various computer programs in a high-paced environment with speed and accuracy. Trustworthiness and ability to act with integrity for the good of the member and the organization. Ability to deliver exceptional customer service while following regulations and procedures.
Salary : $15 - $17
