Position Overview:
 
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Surface Renewal Account Manager to join our team. As a Surface Renewal Account Manager at Sir Grout Tacoma, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients, identifying their needs, and offering our specialized services to enhance their living spaces or workspaces. Your goal will be to drive sales growth and exceed revenue targets through effective communication, exceptional customer service, and a thorough understanding of our services.
 
Compensation:
 
- Competitive commission-based compensation structure.
- Uncapped earning potential with 10% commission on sales.
- Gas Stipend
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
- Prospect and identify potential clients through various sources, including referrals, networking, and leads.
- Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations to showcase our services and educate clients on their benefits.
- Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to address their specific requirements.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our services, pricing, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Attend trade shows, community events, and industry gatherings to expand the company's presence and generate leads.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and performance targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
 
Desired Qualifications:
 
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction, home improvement, or related industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse clients and build rapport.
- B2B sales and commercial cleaning service-contract experience is a huge plus
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, coupled with strong objection-handling abilities.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and technology tools to track and manage sales activities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
