Overview: As a Pega Decisioning Lead with expertise in CDH (Customer Decision Hub), you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and optimization of decisioning solutions using Pega's CDH platform. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and analysts to deliver personalized and data-driven customer experiences across multiple channels. Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and configuration of decisioning strategies using Pega's Customer Decision Hub (CDH) platform. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective decisioning solutions. Design and develop decision strategies, including predictive analytics, adaptive models, and next-best-action recommendations. Configure decisioning components within the CDH platform, such as decision strategies, decision data rules, and proposition filters. Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of decisioning developers and analysts. Conduct performance analysis and optimization of decisioning strategies to improve customer engagement and conversion rates. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in decision management. Participate in CDH platform upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in decisioning processes and technologies.Qualifications: Proven experience in designing and implementing decisioning solutions using Pega's CDH platform. Strong understanding of decisioning concepts such as predictive analytics, adaptive models, and next-best-action strategies. Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple priorities.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $75.00 - $80.00 per hour
