- Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and other employees
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring high quality and consistency in taste and presentation
- Create and develop new menu items, taking into consideration customer preferences and dietary restrictions
- Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain adequate stock levels
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Plan and execute special events, such as banquets or catering functions
```Requirements:```
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Extensive knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
- Proficiency in bartending and creating specialty cocktails (optional)
- Experience in banquet or large-scale event planning (optional)
- Familiarity with restaurant management software (e.g. POS systems)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Degree or certification in culinary arts or food service management (preferred)
