Core Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound service calls and provide accurate account and product information
- Resolving with payment disputes and discussing transactions on customer accounts
- Document cases of locked an/or restricted accounts
- Understand and strive to meet or exceed metrics while providing excellent customer service
- Drive customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/or email communications
- Navigate through multiple systems simultaneously to search for answers and information
- Read client legal disclosures verbatim
Required qualifications, skills and experience
This is the right job for you if you are:
- Good at overcoming objections
- Natural ability to show resilience during stressful situations
- Detail oriented and mathematically inclined
- Basic accounting skills (credit/debit)
- Basic computer navigation skills
- You work well with a team or independently
- Must have availability during our hours of operation (8:00am-11:30pm 7 days a week)
- You are 18 years of age
- You have a high school diploma or GED
- You can pass a criminal background check
- Equipment provided (desktop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset & cords)
- Candidate must have hard-wired home internet connection from router to the equipment

Internet speed must be 5.0 Mbps download speed and 5.0 Mbps upload speed

- Customer service background
- Experience with financial services, healthcare, technology companies, or something similar
