Glacier Peaks Casino is looking for a highly motivated, professional and energetic General Manager who is committed to leading a team of hardworking staff. The General Manager will maintain the highest standards for all areas of the casino while focusing on the guest experience.
Must have good management skills, energetic and willing to learn.
Business orientated with marketing experience
Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Strong leadership skills.
Strong conflict resolution skills.
Experience with data entry and data management.
Excellent Microsoft Office and Internet skills. Ability to create forms and spreadsheets using tables and formulas.
Must be reliable (good attendance and punctuality), organized, flexible, and have excellent time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy required.
