TITLE CONVEYANCER/CLEARING
Established, busy and expanding Title Agency seeking title conveyancer/clearing for in office position in Huntingdon Valley.
Duties:
- Review title reports, and legal descriptions for accuracy and requirements for clearing title.
- Prepare title commitments, policies, endorsements, and other related documents in coordination with team members.
- Coordinate and communicate with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, sellers, and attorneys to obtain title requirements and clearing documents.
- Conduct research on property records and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise in coordination with underwriting.
- Communicate with all parties involved in the transaction to provide updates and address any concerns
- Maintain all documents and notes on system computer software files and documentation for each transaction
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Title Processor or in a similar role within the real estate industry
- Attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide outstanding customer service.
- Basic knowledge in using computer software applications related to title processing
