What you will do:
As our Operations Customer Support Specialist, you will provide our customers with top notch support on project inquiries ranging from timelines to project status updates. This position works at our Largo, FL location.
The job:
Every day you will work with our internal team to assist customers with requests for support, project status, and delivery updates. You will monitor email, answer/make phone calls, and handle day-to-day responsibilities while delivering exceptional service to our customers. You will also ensure that projects are progressing according to schedule and will notify the customer of any delays in a timely manner.
The skills you need:
To thrive in this role, you will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to prioritize your workload based on demand, attention to detail, and above average organizational skills. You must also have experience with the Microsoft Office Suite of applications, and the ability to handle multiple priorities at once. A high school diploma with 2 to 3 years of experience is required.
