Pay Range: $17.00-$18.25 per hour with great benefits

What you will do:
As our Production Assembler, you will assist the Operations Team with assembling components to make products that help control and monitor one of the world’s most valuable and limited resources – Water! This position works at our Detroit Lakes, MN location.
The job:
Every day, your primary role will be to build products according to the production schedule. You will be trained to build float switches, control panels or printed circuit boards. You will have the opportunity to work with tools, machines, robots, and automation equipment. You will work in a clean and air-conditioned environment!

• What shifts are available? We have 4 different shifts to allow employees to choose a schedule which best fits their personal schedule.
• Day Shifts:
• 6:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday – Thursday and 6:00 am – 11:00 am Friday (during 45-hour weeks)
• 7:00 am – 5:30 pm Monday – Thursday and 7:00 am – 1:00 pm Friday (during 45-hour weeks)

• Late Shift:
• 3:45 pm – 2:15 am Monday – Thursday (end time is 3:30 AM during 45-hour weeks)

• Weekend Shift:
• 6:00 am – 6:30 pm (Thursday – Saturday)

• What is your Paid Time Off and holiday policy? Up to 3 weeks the first year and an additional week off after 1 year of service as well as 8 paid holidays each year.
• What is the pay? Pay depends on shift worked.

• Day and Weekend Shifts: $17.00/hour
• Late Shift: $18.25/hour
