What are the responsibilities and job description for the Switch Production Supervisor position at SJE?
What you will do:
As a “Working Lead” (80% Production/20% Administration) the Switch Production Supervisor organizes and monitors the daily activities for assigned personnel, ensuring products are built per schedule and established standards of work, while being responsible for positive team leadership and maintaining accountability. This position works at our Detroit Lakes, MN location.
Every day you will work along side your team in a variety of departments based on the production schedule to build products used for water and wastewater applications. You will direct and help your team build float switches, control panels, printed circuit boards, and tank alarms. You will have the opportunity to work with tools, machines, robots, and automation equipment. You will inspect products to make sure they do not have any defects all while leading other Assemblers. Our facility is air conditioned and clean!
