What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Care RN position at Skaggs LTC, Inc.?
We are looking for an RN to join our home care team. In this position you will do our admissions and reassesements for our skilled and and personal care patients in Lee and Collier Counties. You will visit 3-5 patients on most days; on the days you have fewer visits you will have opportunity to work on clinical compliance projects in the office.
You will do wound care, infusions, med management, peg tubes and patient education. Our team is delighful; you will love the support and training.
We provide a company car; you will take call every other weekend; most issues can be handled with a quick phone call.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
