Job Description
This is an onsite position with a pay range of $115K-$120K
Organizes output in accordance with demand and industry best practices. Responsible for ensuring that orders are processed and shipped accurately and on time. Leads and facilitates the smooth and cost-efficient flow of orders through the fulfillment process and collaborates with operations leadership on the dispersal of labor, goods, and materials.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Leads day-to-day tactical production control planning, scheduling, flow of materials, and monitoring to achieve goals and objectives for delivery dates, output quality, volume, cost, and optimization.
- Facilitates the development, preparation, and maintenance of production schedules to guide the production activities and resources that achieve optimal efficiency and meet output and timeline objectives.
- Monitors production progress and adjusts production schedules in accordance with changes in order profile, priorities, equipment, or other resources.
- Utilizes ERP systems, planning and scheduling software, or other database tools to develop and maintain master schedules.
- Establishes monitoring tools and reporting to identify and plan labor requirements.
- Recommends improvements to production technology and processes.
- Collaborates with internal teams to assess and incorporate materials, inventories, resource availability, and delivery commitments into schedules.
- Ensures that projects, department milestones, and goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
