Working Supervisor. Lead front and back of house team through peak business.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling/hiring
  • Quality/portion control
  • Train and supervise restaurant staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, adhering to health and safety regulations, make sure tasks and check lists are completed
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback

Requirements:

  • ServeSafe/RAMP (Will assist with obtaining if not)
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
