Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the Siriusware point-of-sale software system used across all sales points at our mountain resort.
- Oversee and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, hardware, and software issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless technology operations.
- Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users.
- Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems.
Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Business background is a plus, but not required.
- Experience with Siriusware or similar point-of-sale systems is a bonus.
