Position Summary : Performs general prep work, serve guests, buss tables.
Job Relationships :
- Responsible To : Food & Beverage Director
- Employees Supervised : None
- Inter-Relationship : Work closely with Food & Beverage Director and other cafe / bar staff to better serve our guests.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Prepare cafe for opening.
- Serve guests.
- Stock supplies as needed.
- Wash dishes.
- Assist with meal preparation for bar.
- Additional duties may be assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications :
- Certifications : Valid Washington State Health Card.
- Experience : Previous experience preferred.
- Other Requirement : Ability to relate in a positive manner to guests and co-workers and the ability to work safely among sharp and hot items.
Environmental Factors :
- Working around hot dishwasher and kitchen equipment.
- Working around sharp items.
- Working around scalding liquids.
- Stair climbing.
- Sitting, standing, or walking for extended periods of time.
- Guest-facing position.
