- Customer Engagement: Greet and engage with customers to understand their boating needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations based on our product range.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the boats we offer, including MasterCraft, Supra, Moomba, Chaparral, Boston Whaler, Sylvan, and Premier, to effectively answer customer questions and provide expert guidance.
- Sales Process: Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing, including negotiating terms, preparing sales agreements, and coordinating delivery.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of our boats.
- Follow-Up: Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and drive sales, utilizing CRM tools to track and manage sales activities.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred
