Manufacturing Supervisor
Location: Lexington KY
Duration: 0–12-month contract
Rate: Depending on Experience
Schedule:4:30AM-3:30PM Friday - Sunday. Possible Thursday flex hours
What will you do?
Ensures achievement of production schedules in accordance with the objectives of cost - quality – lead time.
Organizes the training needs of teams.
Contributes to the industrial processes improvement with the functions supports.
Responsible for people management including: goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, and well being.
What qualifications will make you successful?
Bachelor’s Degree.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems.
Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
