Description:
Skiltrek is seeking an additional 3rd shift technical support resource to add to their growing team in Middleton, WI. These technicians will sit largely remote following an onsite training period at their location in Middleton. Hours for this position are 7pm - 4am, Sunday - Thursday.
The Technical Support Coordinator will provide timely response to customer service requests, evaluating the root cause, and coordinating resolution while reporting status within established client best practices. All issues will be technical in nature, relating to technology implementations and installations being performed by the client at large retail companies nationwide.
Some job duties this role includes are:
" In-bound call reception of the client service queue for field technicians reporting status or requesting direction
" Out-bound calling to field technicians to gather status, to provide direction when length of time at customer location has elapsed, or to assist with issues that require immediate attention
" Documenting the status of and providing direction to technicians in the field performing work on service requests
" Ensuring field technicians time spent onsite is utilized most efficiently
The ideal candidate will have some background in Information Technology or Technical Support, either through education, certifications, or work experience.
