JOB DESCRIPTION
Skiltrek is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their team in FL. The company is going through an acquisition, and they need an analyst supporting their new locations with about 100 end users. They will be providing superior customer support for the company and all its subsidiaries. The Service Desk Analyst coordinates and provides support for users of company systems. Approaches issues and problems, finds satisfactory solutions or escalates to an appropriate level and documents it through a ticketing system. Assist other team members with tasks as needed. The Service Desk Analyst role is to improve end user productivity by providing a single point of contact for problem resolution and information. This is accomplished through diagnosis, identification and resolution of problems with hardware and/or software, working with other team members as needed in a timely and professional manner via telephone, email communication and direct support. This person must be able to go onsite in 5 days a week.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 3-5 years of IT service desk experience
- Active Directory experience: ability to navigate through it
- Ticketing system experience
- Troubleshooting experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous acquisition experience
