Skiltrek is seeking a Systems Engineer for a full-time opportunity with a Technology Services Provider in the King of Prussia, PA area. This person will be assigned a small portfolio of accounts, where they will handle a mix of Project, Service Delivery and escalated ticket work. They will be the main point person for their list of accounts, and must be comfortable engaging with customers on a daily basis and providing updates and suggestions for their technical environments. This person will handle infrastructure related issues and initiatives, including Windows products, O365 Exchange Servers, Azure, Active Directory, Citrix, etc. Additionally, this role requires this Engineer to have the ability to balance multiple clients and projects simultaneously. This role is majority remote, but on-site client visits and occasional office meetings are required.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years' Systems Engineering Experience
- Strong IT infrastructure background
- Strong Azure implementation and migration background
- O365/Exchange experience
DESIRED SKILLS
- Experience working for an MSP (highly preferred)
