SkipperBud's is the Midwest's largest marine dealership. In business for more than 60 years, we have 26 sales, service, storage and marina operations strategically placed throughout the Great Lakes and West Coast.
We have an immediate opening for an IT Help Desk position with primary responsibility for Tier 1 first response to incoming calls and electronic communications for a multi-store centrally connected set of retail stores in the marine industry. Current environment is running Windows Servers on a Nutanix core, MS Office, Dockmaster DMS, JBase, delivered centrally over Citrix Published Application via SDWan and/or VPN Cisco network. Comfort in any or all of the aforementioned programs/systesm is a definite plus. We will train the right candidate. SkipperBud's corporate office is located conveniently off of I94 and on the IL/WI border.
This position is full time and year round with full benefits.
