*Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm (flexible start and end times depending on scheduling needs. Hybrid in-person at the Home Office and remote schedule possible)

As the Skookum Home Office Recruiter, you'll...be responsible for sourcing the best individuals whose abilities and attitudes align with Skookum's values, mission, and team-based culture. Focusing on creating and maintaining strong relationships and providing customer service to potential candidates, community organizations, vocational agencies, colleagues, managers, and other departments. Responsible for full-cycle recruitment efforts and strategic staffing advice for Home Office leaders and managers. Network with numerous agencies to recruit people with disabilities and veterans. Provide Home Office hiring managers with best practices on hiring, interviewing, negotiating offers and initial onboarding activities.You'd make an excellent Home Office Recruiter if you:

Summary of desired skills and experience:
Associate degree or 3 years of experience and knowledge of human resources and recruiting required. Experience in disability-focused outreach is preferred.
A valid state driver's license is required with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Skookum's insurance. Must be able to travel by car to various Skookum sites and job fair locations.
Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access. A background check and E-Verify will be conducted for this position.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, and Word is required.
Experience with Workday, Skookum's HRIS system, is preferred.
Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Ability to adapt to multiple competing demands and prioritize on an ongoing basis while meeting deadlines on a variety of projects and tasks.
Self-motivated and can adapt in a fast-paced, continually evolving environment.
Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail.
Tactful, considerate, and able to build to build and maintain strong, productive relationships with candidates, managers, and colleagues.
Sensitivity towards company and employee goodwill and the positive public image of Skookum
Other essential functions include:
Partner with Home Office hiring Manager(s) to understand position requirements and the knowledge, skills and abilities needed for the open position(s), creating job postings that are thorough and alluring to candidates. Provides market data and recruitment advice to hiring managers.
Source candidates and build a talent pipeline through networking and career events, job fairs, online platforms, social media, and by participating in local professional organizations.
Reviews and ensures the accuracy and completeness of job descriptions, requisitions, postings, applications, offer letters and new hire electronic and paper documents.
Prescreen candidates by reviewing resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
Schedule, coordinate, and assist with interview(s) and related pre-employment background/reference checks, drug screens, immunizations, and skills testing.
Extend contingent job offers and communicate position details, compensation, and benefits information.
Maintain accurate and well-organized documentation within Workday, including candidate interactions.
