Regional Sales Manager- SMB

Responsibilities
- You will take the leadership and be the local face of the company for lead generation, developing the initial account relationships to meeting revenue objectives and performance metrics within assigned territory.
- In this business development role, you will proactively gather customer needs and utilize solution-based selling to win business.
- Identify customer needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques.
- Recommend solutions through Sky’s software platform.
- Negotiate and close deals, able to navigate the sales process.
- Devise creative and effective sales approaches.
- Fully utilize all HubSpot automation, funnel management and prospecting tools provided by leadership.
- Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting through the CRM.
- Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by Sky’s leadership.
- Be adaptable to a KPI/Metric driven environment.
- Focus on assigned core verticals.
- Follow assigned sales plan and processes to achieve growth goals.
- Will be tasked with building a referral network within the market of responsibility.
- Must be a TEAM player.
- Monthly in-office sales training

- Starting Salary $50K Base
- 30% Commission
- $80K OTE
