Job Duties
Own the Event Experience
Manage the Event Coordinators and Event Hosts
At the direction of the GM or AGM, prepare all event planning documentation
In conjunction with the AGM or GM, schedule all event staff
Maintain inventory of all party supplies
Prepare all party favors and invoices
Prepare or set-up party carts, bundle wristbands, and other pre-party materials

Confirm all events 24-48 hours in advance
Maintain a friendly, outgoing personality with our guests and team members.
Provide guests with a safe and enjoyable experience
Coordination of birthday parties and events.
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance and cleaning checks.
Assist in managing inventory on a weekly basis.
Support team in all opening and closing park procedures.
Act as a first responder to emergencies and respond appropriately.
Help maintain a clean environment; some janitorial duties will apply.
- Able to stand for long periods of time and lift minimum of 20 pounds.
Qualifications
- At least 16 Years of Age

Customer Service and Retail Sales experience preferred.
Amusement or hospitality experience is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must.
Able to work a flexible schedule during normal business hours, including weekends and some holidays.
Comfortable engaging with large groups of people.
The job duties of every Party Team Lead member include the following at different levels depending on seniority, skills and training.
- Provide over the top customer service to all party guests. Insure all party rooms are set up, maintained during party and cleaned for next party. Make all guests but especially the guest of honor and parents feel like the most important people in the park!
- Maintaining a safe environment: The primary responsibility of a team member is to maintain a safe environment. Team members are required to know and enforce all park safety rules. Team members must remain engaged and focused, particularly while supervising the arena.
- Providing a pleasant experience: Team members are expected to always treat park guests with respect and to exhibit exceptional customer service to help all guests have a pleasant, positive experience. If a guest seems upset for any reason, team members should immediately ask for a shift lead to get involved.
- Maintaining a clean environment: Team members are responsible for maintaining a clean park environment by completing assigned daily and weekly janitorial duties.
