Aircraft Avionics Install Technicians
DoD Program long term contract -Per Diem for those that qualify.
Must have own tools
US Citizen
3 years experience
Terminations, ring outs, cable assemblies, terminating connectors, routing wire
FAA Drug Test
Responsibilities:
- Install, assemble, and maintain various avionics systems according to schematics, blueprints and specifications
- Fabricate and modify parts as necessary to complete installations
- Weld and solder components together as needed
- Perform sheet metal work including cutting, bending, and shaping materials
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Skills:
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks

Note: Prior experience as an Installer or in a similar role is preferred. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this position.
