Coordinator, TV Physical Production

Skydance Television is looking for a Coordinator to support the Executive Vice President of Physical Production. This position provides high-level administrative support in day-to-day scheduling and production tracking. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and proactive team player, with an enthusiasm and desire to grow in the world of production for scripted television.

• Provide organizational and administrative support to the EVP, including heavy scheduling and calendar management, meeting prep, incoming calls and correspondence
• Coordinate and take point on meeting logistics, including preparation of space, invites, materials, and video teleconferencing across multiple locations and time zones
• Prepare meeting notes, agendas, reports, and presentations as needed
• Maintain awareness of current production pipeline and upcoming TV slate
• Create, organize, and maintain internal system processes, shared databases, electronic filing systems, tracking grids; ensure cleanliness of data and distribute as appropriate
• Assist EVP in task tracking and planning aligned with department goals, offer solutions to mitigate conflicting needs and priorities
• Conduct research assignments as needed, pitch back findings
• Coordinate travel including overnight and international accommodations, scheduling of events, detailed itineraries, dissemination of information, process documentation
• Maintain and process monthly expense reports
• Other ad hoc duties as required

• 2 years in physical production for scripted television, mix of administrative and on-set experience preferred
• Knowledge of production processes and related workflows, specific understanding of pipeline for 1-hour series preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, proactive with efficient follow-through
• Demonstrates good judgement, ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
• Effectively communicate and interface with all levels of management and international teams through strong written and verbal communication
• Highly proficient with MS software including Outlook

The hourly rate range for this non-exempt position in Los Angeles is $22.00-24.00.  The rate offered may vary based on the candidate’s location, qualifications, experience and relevant expertise, among other factors.  The range indicated is for base salary only and does not reflect the total compensation package, including bonus, benefits, etc.
