Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Enterprise Sales Manager to help grow and expand executive coaching from early-stage startups to mid-market companies. An ideal candidate has deep experience driving sales and revenue efforts from identifying appropriate target companies, to developing long-term relationships with potential clients, to closing new customers to grow ARR.

You Will

  • Support and deliver on a strategy to land new customers, driving customer success and predictable year-over-year ARR growth for Skye
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Support and contribute towards sales frameworks, tools, and materials to create a sales process that is well documented and systematic
  • Discover, learn, and deeply understand the executive coaching landscape and the markets and customers who may need executive coaching for their teams
  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, analytics, and creative to meet ambitious growth targets

Qualifications

You Have

  • 2 years of experience leading full life-cycle sales, commercial conversations, business development, or as an account executive for a SaaS company
  • Experience in helping build a book of business, ensuring the management and fulfillment of strategic targets through developing associated agreements
  • Demonstrated progressive and consistent overachievements of a $500k ACV annual quota
  • A strong background in strategic sales and business development, with a focus on early-stage (Seed to Series B) and mid-market companies
  • A love of data and an ability to think strategically with data to develop data-driven sales plans and processes that can help move customers and prospects through the sales funnel
  • A strategic, yet creative, mindset that powers innovative outreach campaigns to prospective customers
  • A proven success partnering with Marketing, Channel, Alliances, Product, and Engineering peers.
  • A demonstration of high levels of integrity, initiative, honesty, and leadership
