Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as a Canvasser. As a Canvasser, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, promoting our products or services, and generating leads. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has a passion for sales.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing in designated neighborhoods or areas
- Engage with homeowners to discuss our products or services
- Provide information and answer questions about our offerings
- Collect contact information and generate leads for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in Salesforce or similar CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and schedule appointments
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets
Experience:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and tailor sales pitch accordingly
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Negotiation skills to close deals and overcome objections
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is desirable
Compensation Package:
-Inspection bonuses, plus weekly bonuses and additional bonuses for jobs going into contract.
-Hourly pay, mileage included in benefits package.
