Patient Care Coordinator
Job Posting for Patient Care Coordinator at Skyline Dental Studio
Skyline Dental Studio is located at 450 Sutter Street on the 20th Floor in the heart of Union Square. We are a collaborative and patient care oriented practice seeking an organized and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator. This position will be the initial point of contact to lead the front desk and perform administrative duties.
Duties include:
- Checking patients in and out
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering telephone calls and email inquiries
- Managing the daily schedule
- Presenting treatment plans
- Performing insurance verification and eligibility
- Collecting copays
- This position may lead to an Office Manager role
Training will be provided, however front office and/or administrative experience is preferred.
Salary information:
$30-35 per hour
Work Schedule:
In-person position Monday through Friday from 8:45 a.m. to 5 p.m.
