Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Branch/Business Operations Manager to oversee and streamline our company's day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, implementing strategies to enhance productivity, and managing various business functions.
Responsibilities:
- Compliance Maintenance
- Manage a pipeline of Transactions to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Ensure all hiring procedures are followed.
-Process Payroll on a semi-monthly basis.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize business processes and achieve organizational goals.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Lead and mentor a team of operations staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Evaluate current operational practices and recommend improvements.
Skills:
-Extensive experience in Pipeline Management
- Proficiency in Mortgage Compliance & hiring procedures.
-Experience in the Broker Channel
- Proven experience in business operations management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting processes.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
